Broken beat is the genre formerly known as house not house. The labels
that best represent it are: People, Main Squeeze, Archive, Spinning
Wheel, Straight Ahead, and a few others that I can't think of right now.
Some of the big acts in the broken beat genre are Domu, Seiji, Bugz In
Da Attic, Mark De Clive Lowe, Kaidi Tatham, Sequel, and more.
