Not sure if this is what you're looking for, but I use Acid Pro http//:www.acidplanet.com
Basically, I make my own .wav samples from mp3s or with a mic, and through
Acid, I can mix them together. It will auto fit them to time and you can
pitch change etc.
Kinda like fatboy slim style, mixing samples of different songs.
