I heard Mr Scruff playing it last friday in Newcastle. (He was ace btw).
Perhaps Gilles gave him a copy when he went on Worldwide. I asked
Piccadilly Records about it but they can't get it. Anyone know when it'll
be out?

As far as I know Gilles and Jazzanova are the ONLY ones with that record
- I've been looking for it since GP played it about two months ago. I
think he's played it three times now which is a ton for him (actually
he's played Saadiq's "Faithful" a bunch too). Gilles mentioned that
Irfan's mom had written in to correct his pronunciation which would be
pretty funny if true.
The other record that Jazzanova (and GP, are you sensing a pattern
here?)plays is a Tweet remix by Soul Patrol (Michael Rutten). Anyone
seen this in the stores?
Jon

jazzanova was so sick!!!
gotta jump on the bandwagon and recommend that when they come through in
your town (if you're so lucky). check it out!!
i'm still talking and thinking about it 3 days later.
one of the tracks they played is
irfane--just a little lovin
wow! i'm loving this one. anyone have the insight scoop on who these
people
are?
were they doing any live sampling btw? sounded like it but i could be
wrong...there was so much going on... there was even a young ballroom
dance-
typecouple on the dancefloor dressed in similar black 80's type outfits.
it
was so crazy!
still reelin'
