    NEWS
Two new shows are now available on the web site. The show featuring the
Urban Landscapes Guest Mix from London's Break Reform, aired Friday
April 4, is now available for listening at
    http://urbanlandscapesshow.com/shows/04Apr03.ram. Check out the
excellent long-player from Break Reform called "Fractures" on their
label Abstract Blue. You can find more info on the band, as well as
listen to some of their tunes, at http://www.breakreform.com.
THE URBAN LANDSCAPES GUEST MIX: ERNESTO, & IGUASSU
The exclusive mix from Hollow Recording's Ernesto on the show
broadcasted Friday April 11 was rather dope. It covered a variety of
styles, and even included a few new tunes that he was involved in. If
you've missed the show, you can catch it--along with the mix
set--online. You can also find the tracklisting via the playlist. Check
    it all out below.
Last week's edition of the Urban Landscapes Guest Mix featured
Baltimore-based producer Iguassu. If you've picked up the excellent
"Soul Searching II: Tribes Vol. 7" compilation from Germany's Infracom
label last year, you will know that Iguassu's tune "Arrow Bicks" kicked
off the album rather nicely. Listen to his mix, part of last Friday's
broadcast that's now online. See the playlist below for tracklistings
    and the link to listen.
This week's Urban Landscapes Guest Mix will come from New York's Qool DJ
Marv. He was kind enough to pass on some of his mixes, including one
that will be on this Friday's broadcast...a covers mix he calls "Sounds
    Familiar?"
    ECLECTIC GROOVES
Monday April 14's "Eclectic Grooves" event was a lot of fun. Sure...it
was Monday, only had barely two weeks worth of promotion, and it was
raining too. But the people who were there had a great time and wanted
it to continue even after we've had to turn out the lights. Us DJs had
fun, as well. We'll have something up our sleeves come May, and surely
throughout the summer. Watch this space for announcements, you locals.
    REACHABLE VIA ICQ
I'm now reachable via ICQ if needed. The ICQ number is 211241007. Feel
free to drop me a line!
    CORRECTION
In the review of music from the last circular, I've named incorrectly
one Paul Mitchell. It's actually Ben Mitchell of Mitchell & Dewbury. I
knew that, but sometimes the fingers act as my mind!
MUSIC REVIEWS COMING IN THE NEXT CIRCULAR
More music reviews in the next circular; the reviews for 2003 thus far
will be on the web site soon. Among the goods that I'll be reviewing
will be a brand-new compilation from Nik Weston, the new long-player
from Mitchell & Dewbury, the new single from Doctor Rockit, the fourth
12" from Citrona Recordings with new signing The First Floor Brothers, a
couple of forthcoming 12" from Detroit's Moods & Grooves, and a couple
of goods from Stuttgart courtesy of Pulver Recordings among others.
WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR TRIP STORIES??
It's either sound like a broken record or keep up the encouragement, but
more is forthcoming. It'll be awhile longer, but hold tight!
