Recent Release :: Nakanishi Toshio & Shiina Kensuke w/Tachibana Hajime -
Blair Witch and Bush of Ghost Project
kind of recent news. the legendary Nakanishi Toshio (also called Tycoon
To$h) of the highly regarded Major Force, Plastics, Love TKO, Melon,
etc. put out an album with Shiina Kensuke (Emigration Japan Records)
titled 'Blair Witch and Bush of Ghost Project' March of this year. it's
one of the more creative anti-war, pro-peace albums recorded. the whole
thing essentially mocks Blair, Bush, and all related. haven't listened
to the whole thing yet, but what i recall seemed to be mostly abstract
turntablism.
album artwork consists of derisive sketches/doodles of events and people
prominent since 9/11 by Nakanishi. of special note, Tachibana Hajime
guests on the record.
