I've only been once and had an amazing time and that's coming from
someone who hates big events....
We (the label) were not quite ready to go until last year. Greg Long is
still a new artist on the scene and Citrona is just barely a year old.
This year looks to be even better as the downtempo (NuJazz -Broken Beat)
events are going on just about every day verses 2 days and are more
suited for doing business as well as hanging with friends and listening
to music.
There are some really great acts this year too: Dublex Inc. from Pulver
Switchstance Recordings, Stereo Deluxe, Mole and more..
The Compost party and Stereo Deluxe party were the best last year.
Here are a few shots from the Stereo Deluxe party.
The only thing (person) that will be missing this year is Oli. :(

Here is the master list of most parties this year.

Hope all this helps...
But yes, it is worth it.
Hit me off list and I'll give you more details of who's all meeting up.

I haven't been back to S. Beach since living there in the early- to
mid-'90s. I can't even imagine what it looks like now. When I lived
there
the WMC was a pretty small affair and was definitely the highlight of
the
clubbing year.
I'm thinking about heading to Miami this year but I wonder, is it really
worth it? I've heard all sorts of things about how the whole vibe has
changed and how crass everything is now. Plus I guess there's a lot more
gang-bangers than when I lived there (then it was crackheads).
Anyway, the question is: is it worth it?
