Currently 130 items in stock! Plus, all CDs (probably mostly imports from outside Japan) are rather nicely priced, most being in the 1500-2500yen range! But now for the bad news... As you may have already guessed, the shop only ships within Japan. Don't blame Towa-Towa though, the fault is rather Fuga's (the store solution he opted for).
