A great term I heard recently from a preacher (3rd-generation Chinese
American) to a mix of races (lots of referring to black, white,
yellow, and brown during the service) and brought up 'Racilization',
it's not as strong as Racism, but, give a better sense of how each
culture tries to mold those around them to be just like
them-definitely a big, but unacknowledged, problem in the Church.
But, I guess living in the SF Bay Area I enjoy the diversity here, I
don't have to be just a 'white' American shopping at Abercrombie &
Fitch, watching Friends, praising our decisive President, and
ignoring those less fortunate than me. There certainly are those
that do, but, I would hope that us younger generations would try and
cross those likes our parents didn't. Just run up to the city and
    anyone can get married;)
But, I suppose it all goes to what people are comfortable with, and
since the larger Media seems to have a blind spot when it comes to
those not like them, it's what were stuck with (the irony being the
head of the FCC that is to oversee the Media is Black, who grew up in
the Army one of the more diverse places in American society.)

As for Justin, he does appear to be very talented so why should he
get the gig? They probably want the PR anyway.

I'm half Swedish and English, and have been back to see my relatives
in Sweden which was an interesting time to see those who chose to
stay. Many of my English relatives were poor working class who
didn't all make it through the Battle of Britain in WWII.
