Having sung with King Britt (Sylk 130) as well as being lead vocalist with acid jazz stalwarts Us3, she has all the ingredients to extend her midas touch to her already blossoming solo career. Her solo singles, released on Wah Wah 45's, have been well received and culminated recently in being No.3 on Gilles Peterson's All Winners Chart for 2003 with her track "Like Rain" that made her the top vocalist on the list for the year. DOMU - NORTH AMERICAN TOUR
In everyway - Domu bursts ability and for the wild pack of vinyl wolves out there who have picked up any of his recent remixes will know that Domu has been taking the "broken" sound and elasticised it into all musical pastures - this tour celebrates a collection of the very newest collection under the moniker of UMOD (Domu backwards in case you had not worked it out) and a completed L.P - entitled "Enter the Umod" - for Jazzanova's own Sonar Kollektiv that exemplifies his appreciation and adaptation for hip hop and soul - to be released in April 2004.

LATEST RELEASE NEWS and GOSSIP (Don't forget... It's a secret)
A short round up to bring to some exclusive news and gossip and keep you updated about the latest temptations on offer at vinyl emporiums and establishments of recorded music across the globe...
Compost Records have been keeping the momentum going with a spate of new albums over the coming months, with the nearest being "Seek" - the third album from leftfield champs Beanfield, available from 22nd March. The single "Tides" from this album has a re-rub by Detroit's renaissance man Carl Craig. June 2004 has unofficially been set for the second Joseph Malik L.P - with the track "Diablo" with the Truby Trio treatment on the flip is set for test pressing very shortly.
Word reached us that Fertile Ground have already started to write and record a new album that will be released later this year. Break Reform are in about the same position as they are careful to follow their massively successful and internationally acclaimed "Fractures"- Domu is putting the final touches to a remix for the crew that will the feature song for their new pop video - g'won king!!
U.K based, West country loungers Bluprint also are collating their recent creative musings for a second album with Exceptional Records with the aim of an Autumn release. (See further down for touring opportunities). Fauna Flash alongside Peter Kruder - under their guise of Voom Voom - are hammering an exciting sounding album project in follow up to the successful vinyl series that have been released to date.
DJ Lubi released his new compilation for Nascente Records entitled "Beginners Guide to Cuban" on 23rd February - it comes of the back of the "Beginners Guide to Salsa" CD that has been a bible for many and sold buy the shed loads - the latin compilation king is to present further compilations in the coming months as well as the nu school latino vibe grows in stature and depth with every passing day.
Yam Who? are chained to the mixing desk as ever as well with a spate of remixes and sneakies to be unleashed over the coming months - name checks in following newsletters - but trust me, the names get bigger and the tunes sweeter with
