Much love to everyone who made it down to Movement on Friday night.
Lovely to see people coming out to party to great music! Next party is
a New Year's Eve warm up on December 30th at the Supermarket(268
Augusta). Speaking of New Year's Eve, join us for our first ever
Footprints New Year's Eve bash upstairs at the Rivoli(332 Queen St
west). Join Stu, GE and myself as we ring in the new year with a
mixture of classic dancefloor tunes and obscure jazz and funk dancefloor
nuggets. Tickets are 15 dollars and will be available soon at Cosmos
and Play De Record. Don't forget that we're kicking off the return of
the Higher Ground Sessions at The Octapus Lounge(293 Palmerston) on
December 28th. Join our host Tarik from D4C and myself as we pick up
where we left off at the old haunt. Definitely going to be the midweek
place to be! The end of the year is quickly approaching, and that means
we need your help and expertise to pick our listener's track of the
year. Email back with your top three, or give us a shout during the
show. Until next week, keep your feet firmly planted on that Higher
Ground! JP
