My understanding is that GarageBand should be able to help you create
a mix and convert it to a podcast.
If you have Toast, it comes with SpinDoctor and that can mark your
tracks for you. After that, it's just a matter of finding a podcast
tool that you like. I use Feeder - it's simple and fast.
