Blue Moon

It's not really a club, more like a pub, located at Schmollerstrasse 1 in the "Nauwieser Viertel" (the students quarter at Saarbruecken).
It has a very nice "interieur", real nice old and obscure things from the 70s and beyond. Very nice light that gives a very relaxing atmosphere. And the best: They play everything from easy listening and old jazzy and funky things to acid jazz, triphop and drum'n'bass. Sometimes there are live jazz concerts or live dj sets as well.
Special tip is the brunch on Sunday mornings...

Rubber Club

A Music Club in the cellar of an old building nearby the River Saar. Excellent Acid Jazz on Saturday nights until 5:00 in the morning.

Kulturfabrik

Large Music Club in an old former brewery. The Music is Mainstream, but there´s always party and a lot of fun.
