One of the best German acid jazz records of recent months is from Yo
Mama--the excellent Visit Venus "Music For Space Tourism" CD and triple-LP.
Pure instrumental jazzy trip hop (supposedly by NASA scientists and done in
the early 70s to beam into space--but don't you believe it).

>>GROOVE ATTACK (GAP) (Cologne)
>>Walkin Large (Hip Hop duo teaming up with Jeru the Damaja!)
>>
>>No Se (dancefloor outfit, check out the single "Quelle Aventure" featuring
>French rapper Menelik)
>>
>>Family Tree & (two joint venture compilations from
>>Family Tree International GAP/Compost/Yo Mama)

GAP also has a cool new spin-off called Mind The Gap which has released some
dope trip hop cuts by Karma and Pronoia both well worth picking up.
