You're right; there's "West Coast Boogaloo" and "A Town Called Earth." But
if you wanna get nickpicky,
Greyboy's "Freestylin'" had Karl Denson on it, the follow-up "Land of the
Lost" had most of the All-Stars on it,
and Robert Walter's "Spirit of '70" had pretty much the whole band, but was
not a "Greyboy Allstars" album per se.

LOS ANGELES AJers TAKE NOTE!
SPEAKING of the All-Stars, The Greyboy Allstars will be headlining a show
on WEDNESDAY JULY 16 at The Palace in Hollywood (on Vine St, across the
street from the Capitol Records tower). They've played here in the
Southland quite a bit in the past few months, but this one's massive:
Opening up is another "allstar" band, the Long Beach Dub Allstars (formed
by surviving members of the now-famous but now-defunct local band Sublime
(yes, that Sublime), who do alternate versions of Sublime tunes (in dub
style mon!). Also opening is the very jazzy funky Pocket Lent, a quintet of
young dudes representin da LBC who really know their shizzit - they rocked
the house at our Jazzid Up! club this past Sunday, to say the least!
Tickets are like $15 or so, available at TicketDictator (Er, I mean,
TicketMASTER, heheh). Must see, must see, must see...
