Yeah, but at least you know what you're getting with K-Tel. Any comp on
Instinct is usually a roll of the dice. I was especially referring to the
"This Is Acid Jazz 1-however many" series, where you might get 1 or 2
slamming tracks out of 12. Titles like Abstract Workshop, Next Step, and
After Hours are mre coherent and listenable.

Because I swear it was gone by like 1:30, I picked up where McCoy Tyner
was talking. I thought it lasted an hour. They didn't even cover
Jamiroquai! Guru was like "stay tuned for one of the dopest groups in the
UK, Jamiroquai," but all they did was show excerpts from the "space
cowboy" video and then it went off, showing some live material while
the credits rolled.
