Correct for Australia, France and the U.K. Not too sure about the rest of
Europe though. I'm pretty sure it's only the U.S. and Japan (and their
colonies, etc.) that use NTSC (ya just had to be different didn't yas!)

Well I've recently aquired an NTSC playing vid and it does not dub from NTSC
to PAL. You're gonna need a converter which used to be a rather expensive
piece of hard-ware. Bummer that... As I've only got this NTSC vid for 3
months... :-( Still want that vid though!!! ;-)
