I saw him in D.C. about ten days ago. I was bored silly too.
What's the point of doing a tour when you can't convey live
what you produce in the studio? I really don't mind if someone
can't kick it live - stay in the studio people. :)
As my friend Gil said, it's too bad that some of these people
will go to Tower tomorrow to buy his record, expecting it to be
a sort of industrial offspring. :)
There was this one woman in the audience that just kept laughing
throughout the show. Needless to say, Tricky got pissed and
yelled "shut up!" etc.
In general, I thought he could be a bit more professional.
His singer has a beautiful voice. I enjoyed the opening
act more. I don't remember their name, they sounded funky,
kinda like G-Love, but not as lazy... :)
