I have been using petrol for years now and been happy with it. The kind that
you fill Zippo lighters with is the deal. I use it on a fresh tissue and it
works fine. This is common practice among vinyl vendors in the U.K.
Another thing is soap and water for those stubborn beer stains and other
party remnants!
If you can get it (& what's prolly in your bottle), isopropryl alcohol is
very good for cleaning in place of the lighter fluid, also good for tape
heads on a Q-tip!
