Oh yeah! I just bought the latest Ninja Tune compilation 'Flexistentialism -
The Joy of Dex, and man, this is *good*. I skipped through it quickly first
and thought it sounded OK, but nothing special. But, I'm sitting here
listening to it now - with the headphones on, volume set to 'Enormous' -
and this is sooo wonderful! Not one dud track yet, (But Luke Vibert's still
to come :)

Funki Porcini have been partaking in many, many mushrooms with 'Venus' and
'B Monkey' . These guys are my current favorite. I've got the Herbalizer
album and can't really get into it, but the track 'A Mother (for your mind)'
is a lot more laid-back, and they've been into the same mushies that Funki
Porcini has. Same thing with London Funk Allstars. Shit, this 'Junkies Bad
Trip' is gooood!!

Oh, God - the Luke Vibert track 'Get Your Head Down' just came on - it's
alright, but I can't understand the god-like status he seems to have. The
only other song I've heard that I don't like is 2 Player's 'Extreme
Possibilities' , and I've just noticed it's the Wagon Christ mix. You can
see why I sold 'Throbbing Pouch' soon after I bought it.

I got quite a few Ninja albums, so, unfortunately, I've already got a few of
the tracks, but I think it's more than made up by the quality of everything
else (esp. London Funk Allstars).

Marc.
