Okay, I'll bite......first A-j/Trip Hop experiences.....

Galliano - - friend of a friend loans me "In pursuit...." Another friend
asks to dub it....when I go back to get it she had loaned it out to
friend who then gave it to a radio station (which shorty thereafter starts playing
tracks off of it) - - One day that guy I borrowed it from is gonna find
me.......

Jamiroquai - - doing a data entry job (dozens of kids and their Walkmans
passing around tapes all day) When "Emergency" hit my desk my
productivity dropped WAY down.......I lost my freakin' mind (the job too)

Portishead - - read a few reviews and wrote them off as NME hype....THEN
I found myself on I-95 crying into my shirt cuffs because nobody loved
me. God bless radio announcers who actually tell you what the last song
was!!!!

U.F.O. - - same radio station that the Galliano cd passed through.....I
may still have that dollar bill with "Mistress of Dance" scribbled on
it....

.....Somebody ought to write an article called "Days I lost my sh*t" on
those perfectly holy moments when you hear a mind-altering song for the
first time.
