I just have to reply to this because I had a similar experience...

I went to reggae sunsplash a few years (6 years?) back and saw Shinehead
and Burning Spear (among others). Anyway the point is, I fully remember
Shinehead's set but just as Burning Spear came on, my friends lit up a
spleef with some wicked strong hash, and I don't actually remember any
specifics of the BS set. I remember that I danced and had a good time, but
as for specifics - nothing.

night party at the legendary Limelight (sleazy owners, but what a sound
