(coming out of a lurking position) Hullo y'all,

Ok I bought some stuff:

Timeline - Spontaneous thing 12" - Exploding Plastic
definitely a must have, a spacey trip version and a funky 'fuck' mix
as well as a jungle mix which is not so good I think

The thievery corporation - 2001 spliff odyssey 12" - thievery music
spacey as well with some nice jamaican vocals, this one has already been
mentioned so no further comments

Carol Kaye - Picking up on the E-string lp - Groove Attack Productions
the best one I picked up this year so far, groovy bass all over the place
featuring Ray Brown, Joey Sample, Joe Pass a.o.
http://www.move.de/gap/

anyone on the list from GAP? Because I'm heading their direction possibly
next monday..

Speech - Speech 2xlp - Chrysalis
Has this one been mentioned before? Well I like it..better than Arrested
Development even.
(say hi to speech on) speechMail@aol.com

Dealer's choice vol.2 - definitive breaks - Choice Recordings
nice compilation of oldies, more rock orientated stuff as well also the song
of Serge Gainsbourg sampled in the Karma Coma remix
line-up:
Les De Merle - A day in the life
S. Gainsbourg - Melody
David Axelrod - Terri's Tune
David Snell - Crab apple jam
Graselle Olliphant - Get out of my life woman **
Joe Farrell - Upon this rock
The Three sounds - repeat after me
The Pointer Sisters - Don't it drive you crazy
The Peddlers - Sequence of thought
Alice Coltrane - Los Caballos

Home cookin' - Ubiquity, finally got it (well the re-issue that is )
a classic, no more no less

and 2nd hand: Jungle Hala - number one arbi 12" - Big Cheese Records
french fast rap and a nice instrumental on the flip side, never heard of
this guy, anybody?

I'm definitely going to cityzap this year (it's a commercial)
Amsterdam -Paris/London et vice versa for only fl 69,-/ 29 pounds, yes!!

Now on tv, a documentary about techno feat. David Toop, Ken Ishi (manga shit
as well) discussing the roots, listeners and future of the genre. (not for
people with epilepsia and for me neither, very fast moving pictures,
flashlights, aargh headache...)

Ok that's it, the next lines are only for people in Belgium/Antwerpen

endejong@wirehub.nl

Groeten uit Nederland,

Jeroen van der Ent

ps:zitten er ook mensen van Plexus in Delft op deze lijst?
