Again this thread comes up, but now I have a clear opinion on this issue.

* DJs that use their turntables for creative, new uses and create
rhythmic sound collages are musicians.

* DJs that simply match tempos of popular songs with little or no creativity
whatsoever (read: mobile DJs) and do basic scratching are *NOT* musicians,
and should *never* be considered as such.
