Future Sound Of Jazz 2 is most definitely available on CD.

The Dragonfly 12" (which I agree totally kicks ass) is on Sweet Mother
Records out of Seattle (home of SharkSkins first ep) and is run by Nasir
(amongst others). Cool cover art too.
