Modern 'Easy Listening'?

I know this may not be AJ related, but I've seen a bit of discussion
recently on easy listening music. Is there such a thing as electronic EL?
I'm looking for stuff that that is made with synths and samplers etc., but
would still fall into the EL style. Alternative EL.
Someone mentioned a band called Vampyros Lesbos (I think). What are they like?
Any info appreciated.
