I don't know about Soundscape, but Mssrs. Bangs and Talbot worked
together as Yada Yada for at least one album (to my knowledge). I picked
it up a few weeks ago on a trip to NYC and have listened to it a couple
of times. It's got the characteristic Bangs swirly jazzy sound - not
terribly funky, but very smooth.
