So true... I got into Kraftwerk when Man Machine came out, but the people
I knew them from were Beavis n' Butthead/ Dave's World suburban basement
rockers who nonetheless dug Kraftwerk. They just filed them next to Dark
Side Of The Moon as prog rock. Brings back memories...
'We are the...KA-CHUNK (sound of an 8-track switching programs) robots...'
As also mentioned, CAN was also brilliant and pretty fresh sounding
especially for the time.
