Then last week in SF at Virgin I found the new single (at least in UK,
where it debuted at #3), "Virtual Insanity"...v cool...trademark JaY Kay
vocalizing... Import CD single has well-known club mix of "Space Cowboy"
(the one they had to doctor up and release in clubs), a "Latino" mix of
"Emergency"...and another cut off of the forthcoming "Travelling without
Moving" CD..
The web site claims that the new CD is out next week..at least in Britain.
No word yet about US release date, but it should not be too far. Also,
rumors of a December tour date with Jay and the gang. Can't wait...
THIS JUST IN: Tickets go on sale on Sunday for Maxwell--October 1 at
Bimbo's, SF...Ticket prices are a ridiculously cheap $10. See ya there..
