Loop Guru are a busy bunch of folks and I haven't kept up with all
their output. However, I *can* tell you that their first album
was DUNIYA, originally released on Nation Records then re-released
in the U.S. on Waveform. Then they signed a deal with World
Domination in the US and released AMRITA. World Domination also
offers a mail-order-only album called CATALOGUE OF DESIRES VOL. 3:
THE CLEAR WHITE VARIATION. This is one of the most beautiful
ethnic ambient albums I have heard recently, and I highly recommend
it since it's only $10. You can get the ordering info at
http://imusic.com/worlddom/. Finally, there's an album-length
compilation of John Peel sessions called MOKSHA: PEEL TO REVEAL,
available on Strange Fruit.
As for North/South, the only other artists I've seen on that label
are Pressure of Speech, a rather dark (sometimes scary) ambient
collective, who have at least two albums out.
