This is just a personal opinion of course but you didn't really miss
much. Maybe my expectations about what Shadow was going to do were
different. He dropped some really fat hip-hop but there were no dancing
girls...(just kidding!!)
Seriously, i expected a little more experimenting. He pretty much just
went from song to song bringing it in with the same scratch. Don't get
me wrong I was really diggin' it but....
Latirx and Lyrics Born nearly got booed off the stage. I can't say i
thought it was all that good but they came on strong and confident and
continued to bust some fat free-styles with people chanting "Jeru" at
them and i gotta respect that. Highlight of their set was when they both
were rapping a mile a minute at the same time completely different
lyrics, occasionally meeting up and saying the same thing. Pretty cool.
