The following is from a post I made about two-three weeks ago. The website is:
http://www.loosegroove.com/hub.html
It has a few other bands on the site and all have sound clips. The disc is
still hittin'.
<<Just got this disc and love it! "Loaded" by the Hi Fi Killers on the
LooseGroove label. Anyone know anything about this crew? The music is all
laid back, funky grooves with samples thrown in from movies(?). They remind me
of the Abstract Workshop Comps or maybe even Thievery Corporation without the
reggae influence. Never heard of the group or the label but they have a
website so I'll check it out.>>

hey all
so I could use a little more info on this hi fi killers thing.
what label is this on? is it officially released? is it a full length?
are there any other releases? this is really dj shadow and rakim? and
booker T (of "and the MGs?")? I totally missed the boat on this one and
Im being hit from left field here.
is there anything on the web that will clue me in a little more?
mostly I need to know the label its on and possibly who is destributing
it so I can get the store I work at to order it.
also, does rawkus or payday records have websites?
and finally does anyone know who destributes payday?
thanks
scott
