Here's another playlist regarding tomorrow's show.
Highlights for this week's show:
-First a superb Trip-Hop/Jungle/World Music compilation from the Italian label Irma
called Globe@t (BTW why is their WWW site under construction for more than a year?)
Two great tunes opening both parts of the show: Slok with "Brasilian Jazz" and
"Cubano Express" from Jazzedelic.
-Then meet the Pharcyde's "Somethin'That Means Somethin'", included in the rap
compilation named "It Will Take A Nation Of Millions To Hold Us Back". If you have
the chance, check it out!
-From time to time, some good things are released here in Portugal. (2 or 3 in a
year!) With the end of 97 arrives the second album from Ithaka the band of the
californian Darrin Pappas, a guy that's been living in Portugal for quit sometime.
He's a great storyteller and this new CD called "Stellafly" includes, among other
things, a nice track by the name of "Capricorn And Cancer".
-Finally a new arrival from Fused And Bruised. The Environmental Science with a two
track's E.P. that includes "The Day The Zak Stood Still" and, my choice, "Killa
Rooster".
