The interesting thing is, that because of the commercial, this song is
getting regular airplay on
Top40 radio station playlists all over the U.S. (possibly because the
programmers remember this tune from their younger days). Still, I can't
help but picture a 12-year old kid whose idea of dope is Bone
Thugs-N-Harmony, listening to Trio's "Da Da Da" and saying, "Man, that's
one wack-ass hip-hop tune."

Yeah, it is a 'wack-ass hip-hop tune', and they even sampled "Twist and
Shout" . :)
