!) Anokha- Sounds of the Asian underground. Haven't even listened to
this all the way through but I have to say brilliant so far. great
beats that actually had me dancing (i don't dance) in the kitchen before
I realized what was going on. Drum and Bassy World-Music, if it must be
labeled. All over fascinating so far.
@)Better Daze- Remix Project. One of the strongest nu
beats/groove/whatever compiliations I've heard. usually at least a few
of the tracks of an album of this sort bore me silly, but none here even
come close. 3 of the 10 tracks are remixes of the same song (golden
brown); 2 by filia brazillia and 1 by scribe. all are great and
mood-setting <3 different moods>. also love q-burn's abstreact mesage
track modus operandi with the upright bass thing.
#)Up, Bustle and Out- One Colour Just Reflects Another. so what if its
old, its great. i can't wait to hear the new one.
