You'd be better off waiting on the Statik's remix LP 'Tempesta - The
Reworking' (COTLP009) which is due out in a few weeks and a whole lot
better than these 12"s (even though they are pretty good). It features
reworkings of cuts from their criminally ignored debut LP from the
likes of Aim (my favourite - this years 'Remember Me'?), Mr Scruff,
Kid Loops, Kushti and Spacer. Easily one of the best releases I've
heard this year and it might have made the number one spot if it
wasn't for the newly released 12"s from Reprazent on Talking Loud
especially the tracks 'New Forms' featuring Bahmadia and the
Grooverider mix of 'Share The Fall'. However what I've heard of their
forthcoming album so far puts even these and the Statik LP in the
shade.

Its going to be a good summer for music.

Colin.
