<fontfamily><param>Geneva</param><bigger><bigger>Wassup with Eighth
Dimension, eh.... SELECTED MATERIAL, the follow-up compilation to MIXED
EMOTIONS is due to be released sometime this summer, but not on
Delancey Street UK. We will be going with a larger label for worldwide
distribution, and are talking with a few listening ears. If you need
any information on this collection (containing new tunes from Q-Burns
A.M., DJ BMF, Pimp Daddy Nash, and more) contact us at the numbers
below, yo... Q-BURNS ABSTRACT MESSAGE is losing his mind, leaving the
confines of the studio walls only to consume Red Bull Vitamin B drink.
Look for his new tracks on the DEEP CONCENTRATION (Om Records) and
SUNSHINE STATE OF MIND (FFRR) compilations. Also, the Q-Burns
contribution to AUDIO ALCHEMY (Ubiquity) is still makin' em talk, and
there are whispers of a follow-up. Look for a new Q-Burns single on
Mephisto as well as a possible upcoming Mephisto 'Q' CD compilation.
Recent remix work includes Dirty Beatniks, Better Daze, US3, and some
assorted Middle Age choral classic bits and South African Marimba music
(really)... DJ BMF is rockin' the beat fantastic, mixing his raw hip
hop production with a bit of darkness for some deep new tracks. Gary,
the vocalist/host at Phat N Jazzy is working on some R+B tracks with
him, and BMF just did a great Cooley's Hot Box remix that may or may
not get released. Also look for the upcoming BMF "Grandmaster EP" on
Mephisto Records... PIMP DADDY NASH is the man on the move, turning
heads with a successful EP release on Delancey Street. Titled 'The Love
Supreme EP', this record sits in many a downtempo DJ's record crate.
The Pimp-le also has a brilliant new cut on the SUNSHINE STATE OF MIND
compilation (FFRR) called "Balloon To The Moon". New Pimp tracks are
flowing nicely, you know, like butter. Also, check this out: together
Q-BURNS and the PIMP combine their respective quirks to do remixes that
border on the ridiculous. Recent victims of this treatment include
Faith No More (for an upcoming remixes CD) and Violent Femmes (for,
yes, "Blister In The Sun"... will this get released?). Together, Pimp
and Qubes remix as BIGFOOT AND WILDBOY. Whatever, right?

PHAT N JAZZY NEWS: DJ BMF and the whole Eighth Dimension crew are still
creating downtempo chaos every Tuesday at the Sapphire Supper Club in
downtown Orlando. This Tuesday, May 20th, the Greyboy Allstars will be
playing. Upcoming guests include Slide Five and DJ Spinna. Also, DJ BMF
can be found at Luna Lounge in Tampa/Ybor City every Friday. Q-Burns
and DJ Jeffee rotate back and forth every other week, stirring the
sonic stew. New development: Phat N Jazzy in Gainesville! Starting now,
DJ BMF, Slack, and other Eighth Dimension guests will be putting on
their beathead revue each Thursday at The Gruv, Gainesville's latest
nightspot.
