Sup Listers.
Is it just me, or is our beloved list turning into a den of money-hungry
promoters? As this list is made up of international contributors,
advertisements for the latest gig in NYC
(or wherever) have no relevance.
Promoters, flog your wares over the net, for sure. It's a fabulous
medium. But don't clutter a quality list with geographically specific
info. I'd love to go to some of your gigs, but there is the unfortunate
barrier of an ocean separating us.
