I first heard about Scanner doing this sort of thing, i.e. recording private
conversations, some two-three years ago. Scanners whole concept is based around
eavesdropping.The (indeed marvelous) David Holmes album isn't really copying
the idea though, since he is using snippets of conversations that he himself
was engaged in.
