Pedro,
I bought a record from you via ebay, and specifically requested USPS insured
priority shipping with a tracking number, and you agreed. You quoted me a
shipping charge of $6. I sent my full payment promptly, and all I got in
return was first class USPS shipping. It took over a week to arrive, whereas
whereas priority (the service I requested) would normally take 3 days.
I sent you $6 for shipping. You paid about $1.50 to ship my package. Can
you give me back the extra $4.50 I paid you for shipping please?
