Well, without a mainstream, how can one have an underground. Without
stadium rock, Punk just wouldn't have been the same; without 'hair' bands
grunge wouldn't have had the impact. But, since I'm not really into rock
much at all, I look at the difference, between, say Snoop and say Beneath
the Surface, between E-40 and Hyroglyphics.
So, Stephanie, Portishead is to Esthero, as Mos Def is to...
