I don't know if it's a new mix or not, but i have some info on Mondo Grosso.
Shinichi Osawa, the leader of MG is now working on new Japanese female
vocalist,
Bird. Osawa changed his Record Comp. to Sony and started his own label,
Realeyes.
Bird is the first artist out from the label and her 1st album is out today.
You can check her out here http://www.realeyes.org/ (mostly in Japanese but
has RealAudio promos)
I saw her live once, very talented Jazz vocalist.
But I don't expect Bird would be released outside Japan, since all the
lyrics are in Japanese.
Osawa said in his radio show that he will be working on Mondo Grosso project
next, and planning to
release Realeyes Compilation with artist in/outside of Japan next year.
About Kingstreet/Nite Groove, to my knowledge, NG is a label inside King st.
and the Director of King st.
is a Japanese living in NYC(Hisa Ishioka, i think) and probablly know Osawa.
Osawa and Bird did the album recording in MAW 's studio so they must have
connection.
That's it from me.
