Personally, I think Eric Benet's new album is the BOMB! But, I haven't seen any comments about it on the list so I was just wondering what the general feeling is! If nothing else, the cut, When You Think of Me, that features Roy Ayers is way too funky! Tears come to my eyes every time I hear Roy Ayers scat! I also like the track, Why You Follow Me, that has the Latin groove (Samba maybe; I don't know, but that word describes the feeling). My roots are in R&B, and, to me, Eric Benet, is reminiscent of the music that I grew up to.
