Sounds reasonable, plus it's up to you if you want to buy the product or not.
Although I must say, pretty much every track from the "You've Come A Long Way
Baby"
has been used in some commercial or another. Well, all except, the song "In
Heaven" :)

Or maybe they've already used it for a condom commercial or a viagra spot...heh
