Creed Taylors' CTI and its subsidary Kudu put out some great stuff in the
70's. Look out for any stuff by Freddie Hubbard (particularly the Red Clay lp
for the title track as sampled by Tribe called quest, Kenny Dope etc) some of
Bob James early LP's (he was a producer for the label) and the very
space/jazz/funk/sax! lps' by Grover Washington Jr on Kudu - Mr. Magic and
Inner City Blues (also containing a pile of tribe/jungle brother samples..)

unfortunately dusty groove dont really have any of this stuff (already
checked) but good 2nd hand store should uncover some...

the discog looks handy for cat. no's too!!

    good shoppin'
