A friend of mine was given a Japanese mix CD not too long ago. It was a
live session mix in Japan by Biz Markie, and it was basically Biz mixing and
cutting up a bunch of Blue Note double copies. Obviously, the records were
great, but I thought it was terribly repetitive in some parts and somewhat
boring. Has anyone heard this? Or has anyone heard the Lord Finesse Blue
Note mix CD? Are there any more in the series that would be worth hunting
down?
