listened to the Modaji record today. It was really good but for some reason
I decided it wasnt essential. Housey.

The afro blue record, if it's the one I'm thinking of, I did not like at
all. John Coltrane is rolling in his grave. Think of a beautiful song
butchered into mundane house. Which reminds me of an equally atrocious remix
of Bob Marley's Could You Be Loved which I heard today. They took the whole
song and filtered it around - not even parts of it, but the whole thing with
the verses and the chorus... it just didnt work for me.

The Black Science record I think I listened to as well, and found it
unimpressive but a stable house tune
