    I read the speech, and Im sorry top say I have little to know sympathy.
    She actually says "you only have 45,000 to live on for a year......do you
    know how many peole would be happy with 45,000. ANd then the other thing
    is, the record company invests loads of money in these artists what if
    they flop....the record company looses it all. Im sick of hearing
    musicians complaining about how much money they are not making.
    release your music independently and tour then you wont have to deal with
    record labels
