Finally scored a copy of Brazilica Volume I today, and I've been enjoying it
just as much as Volume 2. It's got a nice version of Roda by Gilberto Gil
(the other versions I own aren't as nice as this one). Just a shame I
haven't been able to find the Elis Regina cover of this tune, as it's my
favorite.. Also on this subject, has anyone heard the tune "A Hora É Essa"
by "Célia"? It's a beautiful song, but unfortunately I've only been able to
find the original record for $200! I'd love to know if this tune was ever
reissued or appears on any compilations.. Essential listening!
