Hi Stephanie,
I remember a great experience 3 years ago at The Blue Note in London,
This club was - it's dead now - the best I've ever been to.
There was Swiss DJs mixing and scratching drum'n'bass and jazz with two live
musicians - with a double bass and a saxophone/clarinet. The kind of music
you can listen to and dance to... an amazing experience.
Now, a question: does anyone has any idea who it was??? (maybe Eric Truffaz
and Co???).
Cheers.
Christophe.
BTW, you can also check the first Gomez album that include some very subtle
vinyl samples.
