    The sample is definitely the Blackbyrds' "Runaway" from their first album.
    This is not to be mistaken with Donald Byrd's EXCELLENT solo disc with the
    same titleGotta say though, the scratching that accompanies the sample is
    absolutely awful and does nothing to enhance the original tune. Other
    must-have albums from Donald Byrd and the Blackbyrds, along the same funky
    vein, are "Street Lady", and Donald Byrd's best album IMO, "Blackbyrd".
    Well, at least his most popular. Wicked jazz-funk.
